Rafael made the stay especially memorable. He was friendly, attentive, and went out of his way to make sure everything was right. Ocean Manor Resort itself was amazing too. We loved the location and atmosphere, and the overall experience went beyond what we expected. The rooms were clean, the amenities were great, and the whole property had a relaxed but upscale feel that made it easy to unwind. We’ll definitely be back.

The room they called a “suite” felt like a luxury one star motel room, and even the supposed upgrade seemed like an excuse for how bad the place was. When I opened the car door, people gave me bad looks. The doors didn’t lock fully when we left, there were hardly any light switches, no bath towels, and no phone to call the police, fire department, or front desk. Don’t bring kids here. The tiki bar employees seemed like high school and college students after quick money. They didn’t do their jobs and acted like this was an adult club, drinking, making adult gestures, and ignoring customers. While we were out, someone came in to leave extra bedsheets we didn’t need and looked through my stuff. I knew because I took a picture of everything before leaving, suspecting something might happen with how little care they took of rooms and guests. The fridge was basically a noise machine. The toilet wouldn’t flush properly and the water came right back up. The sink didn’t work or drain and was clogged. There was a three feet wide hole in the bathroom wall and they didn’t care. Stray dogs and cats made noise all night. Our “suite” was right across from an elevator that beeped every minute. Don’t come here.

Rafael was especially kind, professional, and helpful. He went above and beyond and even upgraded our room, which made the stay feel extra special. Ocean Manor Beach Hotel was a great place for a relaxing getaway, with a welcoming atmosphere, a clean and comfortable room, and a perfect beachfront location with beautiful ocean views. We had a wonderful time and would absolutely stay again. Thanks to the Ocean Manor team, especially Rafael, for making the trip memorable.

The pool was wonderful, though it took a while to find a lounger. The beachside restaurant was delicious and all the staff we met were really friendly. We paid for the location more than an upscale room, but our suite was spacious, with a kitchen, living room, and full bathroom with a double vanity. The balcony views over the pool and ocean were spectacular. The hotel and rooms are dated and well used, but they weren’t dirty.
