Sheraton Suites Fort Lauderdale at Cypress Creek

The property at Sheridan Suites was comfortable, clean, and clearly well maintained, and the staff were helpful and friendly throughout. I especially want to thank ilda, who was welcoming, attentive, and made sure everything went smoothly. Service like that makes a real difference. I'd happily stay again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

We got an updated room and were glad we ended up here. The rooms are very large since it's a suite hotel, and they're in the middle of renovations, with a sign explaining that. The atrium is lovely, with a waterfall, bar, breakfast area, and comfortable chairs. Staff were terrific, so I don't understand the complaints. We had been discussing the hotel's low Google rating with strangers in the elevator and couldn't make sense of it. I've only reviewed one other hotel before, a really bad one near the Philly airport, and I found this place surprisingly beautiful.

At the Sheraton Suites Fort Lauderdale bar, Simeon made us feel welcome from the minute we sat down. He was friendly, professional, and attentive, and the drinks were just right. Quick service and his eye for detail made the experience much better. If you're staying here, sit at the bar and ask for Simeon. Great service all around.

After a long flight, Simeon is exactly who you want to see. He's kind, friendly, and knows his drinks. His signature beverages showed why he's a favorite with the people. The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly too, though they're renovating right now, so keep that in mind. A lovely experience.
