The room was small, but it suited me perfectly, and I really liked it. The hotel is right off the highway and being remodeled. My main gripe was breakfast: it’s free, but the choices were limited, with dried eggs and sausage, barely any fruit, and no yogurt. There are waffles, though they aren’t gluten-free friendly. I skipped breakfast the second morning, which is unusual for me. The lobby is also a long walk from the EFG+ rooms, and you have to go outside in the weather to get there.

The hotel itself was okay. My first room had no hot water, so they moved me to another one where the hot water worked. They didn’t offer an apology or anything else, and when I asked about it, they said the issue was settled because they’d changed my room.

The bathroom was really nice, and the room was clean with no smell. It worked well for an overnight stay, but there’s no soundproofing. The rusty hinges on the door should be replaced too, since it squeaks every time you open it.

The location and service were good, and it was fine for just one night. But the room smelled like urine, the old AC was partly broken, and there was no heat in the restroom, so it was extremely cold in there.

The room they gave me was nasty, with stains on the bed. He said it had been cleaned before guests arrived. I called before booking and was told I’d get a first-floor, wheelchair-accessible room, but it wasn’t wheelchair accessible. Worst place ever, and they lied to me. I’m attaching a picture of the stained bedsheet.
