Executive Inn - Fort Lee

I’m there every other weekend for work, and I’ve always had a great experience. The rooms are cozy and the location is perfect, especially so close to NYC. What really makes the place special is the staff. They’re professional, friendly, and ready to help or accommodate what you need, always with real kindness and grace. I’m confident I’ll be back next weekend.

We’d driven more than 10 hours through rain from South Carolina and arrived in NJ around 6 a.m. The hotel we’d booked wouldn’t let us check in early, even though we’d called more than once in the days beforehand. We were facing a few hours waiting in the car when my husband called Executive Inn and they told us to come right in. They checked us in quickly, and we had a room within two minutes. It was clean, large, and had a good view. I really appreciated how they handled our last-minute booking. Absolutely outstanding service. Would recommend 10000% times.

For a quick NYC trip over the weekend, this was an affordable, clean place for a short stay. Check-in was easy and the staff were friendly. My only gripe was the blanket. It was so thin it felt more like a sheet.

They charged my card twice, tying up my funds for the whole weekend. The hotel also smelled horrible. Our bed had only sheets, no comforter or blanket. And when the fire detector kept chirping because it needed a new battery, the front desk told us to take it down instead of replacing the battery. That should be a violation.
