Super 8 by Wyndham Longmont/Del Camino

Don't waste your time or money here. Manager Maria was extremely unprofessional and bragged that I would never get my money back. The third-party travel apps weren't any help, even though I hadn't stayed the night. Wyndham, you need to do better.

I left within an hour and found another hotel. The room wasn't anything like the online listing: paper towels were shoved into the door, the bathroom was dirty, especially the shower, and the outlets didn't work, so I couldn't charge my phone. A few minor problems are one thing, but health and safety issues are where I draw the line. The night clerk said a refund should be no problem and told me to speak with the manager in the morning. When I did, she was unhelpful and refused to refund me. The response from management was basically, "We've got your money, now what are you going to do about it?" That felt incredibly unprofessional. I booked because I trusted the Wyndham brand, and this experience has shaken that trust. I've opened a case with corporate and hope someone takes a serious look at this location and gives the manager/property some much-needed updating.

There were a lot of bikes outside, so I figured the biker club staying there might make it rowdy and keep me awake. Surprisingly, I didn't hear a peep from them. The place was okay, I suppose.

I spent more than a few days here while figuring out where to sign my next lease. The crew was accommodating, polite, and understanding. The familiar kind faces at the counter were good for a laugh as I passed by.
