My family is staying over, and they seem to like the place. I heard the beds are really comfortable, though it could use a bit of paint.

The kitchen is nice and well equipped, and the location is good, within walking distance of the beach. The bedrooms have both AC and fans, which is nice for cooling. There are also beach chairs and shovels and buckets for the kids.
