The beach felt private even though everything was within walking distance, and the location was great. We stayed in unit 306, which was spotless and beautifully decorated. There are two balconies looking out over the sandy beach, plus a great resort pool. The staff were friendly and helpful. We'd definitely stay here again.

The beach was the largest area I've ever stayed on, with soft, clean white sand that was easy to walk on. Our view from the very comfortable balcony was perfect, and condo 1103 was clean, well stocked, and beautifully decorated. The location is quiet, away from the busy Times Square area, but still close enough to get where we wanted quickly. Publix was a short drive away. Check-in staff were friendly and offered local suggestions. The buildings felt secure and were well lit, with plenty of parking. We loved our stay and highly recommend it.

We had a really nice stay and are already looking forward to coming back next year. Our condo had a comfortable bed, lovely decor, beach chairs, an umbrella, and a screened balcony. I only wish the lazy boy were bigger, but it was okay. The grounds are meticulously cared for, and there's a great pool, pickleball courts, grills, and an outdoor fireplace. We could walk to several places to eat and drink, and the sunsets were lovely. The place was clean and had everything we needed. Staff were so friendly and helpful. It was our first time at Caper beach club, and it checked every box.

Diane in the office went out of her way to make sure our stay was awesome. Our room was very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. The pool is heated, and the location is superb, about a mile from Times Square. Caper Beach Club is a wonderful resort, and we'll definitely be back.

Unit 203 was beautiful and well appointed, and the building and grounds were clean and updated. But the advertised "Satellite/Cable" wasn't available: there was no cable TV, and we couldn't get any streaming services either. I emailed the office on Saturday, our first day, then called Sunday and left a voicemail asking for a callback. No one got back to me all week. When I stopped by the office, I was told no units have cable. I asked about compensation because it had been advertised, and management said they'd look into that and the streaming issue. At checkout there was still no response, and now it's been three weeks since then.
