For the price, the stay was acceptable, but the beach is a long way off, which could be an issue for some. There were so many shells in this stretch of ocean that swimming out was difficult, and the pool area felt a little small. There's no on-site management, and if the elevator is in use, you need a key to get upstairs. The smoke detector needed batteries, so I had to go out at night to buy some. This unit also had no spices or basic supplies, which renters often leave behind.

The rooms are gorgeous, and the beach is outstanding. I had a great time at this incredible condo complex.

The beach has gotten too big, though that's not the owners' fault since nature keeps depositing sand and expanding it. I can't speak for the other units, but 404 was outdated. There were no ceiling fans, dishwasher, bedroom TVs, or beach towels, and the living room TV was small. The shower door had mold all over it. The utensils and glasses were dirty, so we had to wash them before using them, and after walking over the floor a couple of times our feet were black, so it clearly hadn't been mopped. We definitely won't be back.

There were lots of people smoking, and cigarette butts were scattered around the beach. My family and I don't want to be around secondhand smoke, so we'd have to move far along the beach to avoid it.
