Dolphin Inn Resort

We enjoyed every minute, and we’re already thinking about coming back for our son’s birthday. The bikes and kayaks were a lot of fun, and the place was clean and comfortable. We met some really lovely people, too. The new owners are SO NICE, and Jefferson always had the biggest smile. What a place, we had the best time!

The free bikes and kayaks were such a great extra, and the pool was a nice place to hang out. You can hear traffic there since it’s on the road side, but the bay side chairs were great. The location worked really well, right across from the beach and close to plenty of things. Since it’s farther down from the main area, the beach wasn’t very crowded and there was no traffic. Our room was clean, the bed was comfy, and both the air conditioner and ceiling fan worked well. The one bed rooms only have a hot plate, but the kitchen had plenty of pots and pans. We really liked staying here, especially for a reasonable price for the area.

We had plenty of space in the room we ended up with, and it was clean and had the amenities we needed. On arrival, we found out the family room we’d booked had an electrical problem, so they moved us to a regular two bed room. The owner/manager offered two rooms to make things right, but we chose one and were more than pleased. We also enjoyed the bikes and kayaks, and the pool was nice and clean. The staff were friendly and accommodating. We had an excellent time a few months ago and will definitely stay again. 😊

We only stayed one night, but had extra time the next day to lounge, and Travis, I believe that was his name, was incredibly hospitable. The smaller suite worked perfectly for us, with a useful kitchenette and a view of the dock. You can take kayaks from right in front of your room and paddle into the bay, where I hear there are plenty of dolphin sightings. We also enjoyed the pool. The owner welcomed us and explained where we could find everything to use, including coolers, beach chairs, umbrellas, kayaks, and bikes. The beach is directly across the street. The customer service, amenities, and location were all wonderful. I’m considering another trip to Ft Myers just because we liked it so much!
