Estero Beach & Tennis 804-c

The little town has a Key West feel, with plenty of restaurants wherever you decide to explore. Mr. waves is good for breakfast and lunch, and Bonita Beach Tavern has outdoor seating and a tropical feel. The stay is reasonably priced and super comfortable, so we’re already planning our third visit after this second one. We’re on the 11th floor, right on the beach, and the view is hard to beat. Every morning we see dolphin pods swimming past and pelicans catching fish. The condo is nicely decorated in a beachy style, which we love, and the elevators are so quiet you don’t hear them when other people come home. There’s nearly everything you could imagine stocked in the unit, except white wine, lol. The extra AC in the bedroom is fantastic for us since we like it really cool at night. Beach gear is here too, which makes it easy to enjoy our time.

We had already reserved unit 206C again for September 2025 before writing this, and can’t wait to see Caihlin. We spent two weeks there in September 2024 and had a blast. The unit at Estereo Beach & Tennis Club is only a few hundred feet from the ocean, with spectacular views and sunsets you can watch from the living room couch. Caihlin is an amazing owner and host. The place has everything you might need, including pool floats and beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, and a wagon. We also went through hurricane Helene during our stay. It was scary, but the new hurricane sliding doors Caihlin had just installed held up fine; the only issue for us was the power going out. She stayed in touch throughout, checking that we were okay and doing what she could to help us enjoy the vacation despite the storm. We can’t say enough about the care and attention she gave us.

We spent the whole visit having fun, and Caitlin took care of everything so we had no worries. The beach view was perfect, the room was well stocked, and the bed was comfortable. This was easily the best condo we’ve stayed in at EBTC. Charlie and Liz McKenzie

Caihlin was incredibly responsive and made sure everything was right, even when a couple of snags came up on a Saturday night. We were the first people to rent the condo after Hurricanes Helene and Milton. We’ve stayed at Estero Beach & Tennis many times, and this was our best condo yet: clean, well equipped, with a perfect ocean view and amazing sunsets. I’m almost reluctant to share such a glowing review because this place has been our best kept secret.
