The location is a strong point, with the beach a block away and lots of fun bars and restaurants nearby. The room itself was clean and the bed comfortable, though there wasn't much room for clothes: just a small closet and no dresser. It felt like a larger cruise ship cabin without storage. The AC was okay, but the bathroom was very cramped, with a tiny shower and a sink about the size of a grade-school water fountain. Service was limited, too. There was no open front desk or lobby, just a code to get into the room and a phone number to call if you needed anything, with no live contact. It's not a bad place if you aren't expecting too much, and the decor is cute.

The rooms were really clean, and I loved that chairs and umbrellas were available to use. It's a nice spot close to the beach, with an easy, short walk to the shore. Loved staying here and would definitely come back.

The beach is close, and our deck had a nice ocean view, but the traffic was a dealbreaker for me. There's only one road on and off the island, and from about 3:30 to 7 p.m. it turns into a parking lot. Driving the three miles north to restaurants and bars took two hours. I won't visit again because of that. The area is still recovering from a hurricane 2.5 years ago: the hotel's lower level remains gutted, there's debris around, and construction is ongoing. There are three rooms, all very clean and nicely decorated, but our room had no chairs, so the only seating was outside on the deck.

It's very quiet here. Best place, and I'd love to come back.

I love the old Florida feel here, and you can see the beach from the balcony. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. There's still a lot of construction around the hotel from the three hurricanes, mainly Ian, and half the hotel hasn't recovered from Ian yet. Traffic getting off the island from 3 to 8 is at a standstill, though getting onto the island at that time is no problem. You could shop or visit Fort Myers, Bonita Springs, or Naples, then come back for sunset, or just stay at the beach.
