The units are spacious, and the resort sits on the area’s widest beach. Its south end location makes getting around easy. The trolley stops right outside, and you can rent bikes for free, which is handy for avoiding the traffic backed up to the north. The island Publix is 1.5 miles north, with Lovers Key state park just south.

We had a great stay and will probably return. The facilities were good, and we loved the quiet stretch of beach. Getting down to the water is a pretty long walk, though it’s manageable for people who are able. I wish the side units had better balcony views. Our unit could also use some updating and blackout curtains. Still, it was a great stay and affordable for what you get.

We had six units for our Mother's Day weekend, some with two bedrooms and some with three, and everyone in our group was happy with GullWing. The place was spacious, clean and comfortable, with a great location and service. We all agreed we'd come back.

There’s construction happening, but it wasn’t loud or bothersome. I love this hotel: it’s spacious and clean, with beautiful views and easy beach access. I’ll be back.

Our condo was clean and nicely laid out, with three beds and two bathrooms. We could see the ocean from the balcony, and there was a saltwater pool with access to the beach.
