The apartment needed updating, and the beach is being rebuilt. Nearby businesses haven't reopened yet, though the area itself is quiet. I won't rent here again. The condo association treated my family terribly. At 8pm, they berated us for being in the hot tub, apparently because we were supposed to be out by dusk, though it wasn't quite dark. There were only two of us and we were quiet. Bingo night was going on right beside us, so there was no reason to be so overtly rude. We were renting there and had every right to be there.
