Tip Top Isles Waterfront Resort & Marina

Our suite had everything we needed to cook, including a fridge, and the beds were comfortable. The whole place felt clean and safe. We were in town for a baseball tournament, and the Lee Health Sports Complex was about 15 minutes away. Joe made us feel welcome and went out of his way for the kids, even setting up a ping-pong table for them. The pool was spotless, with lots of places to sit, and we liked the barbecue, bars, and waterside seating by the kayaks and paddleboards. Fishing poles and bikes were available too. Breakfast was a great fit for our family on the go. It had a Key West feel, and Bayside, with its excellent food and service, was an easy walk away. There’s a bait shop right next door.

We spent three days on the houseboat and had a lovely time. The people were very nice, and breakfast outside each morning was wonderful. There’s also a restaurant and bar next door, an easy walk away.

The boat house had amazing views and was clean, and it’s close to Fort Myers Beach, shops, and restaurants. We could use the bikes and kayaks on-site for free. I absolutely loved it, even though the boat is in desperate need of repairs and maintenance. We stayed Wednesday through Saturday during Thanksgiving week.

We had a great time and would happily come back. The pool was warm and relaxing, with toys for the kids, and the beach was only a five-minute drive. The on-site restaurant is worth a visit too. Check-in online was easy, the resort was simple to find, and our room and the shared spaces were super clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. We also loved that kayaks, fishing poles, and bikes were available to borrow for free right at the resort.
