Manatee Bay Inn - Near Fishing Pier Fort Myers Beach

My husband, our two teenage kids, and I stayed last month and feel lucky we found this place. It’s a short walk to the beach and great restaurants. We could park right outside and had our own entrance. The newly renovated room was very clean and had space for all of us, and the small kitchen made it easy to cook when we wanted to stay in. We especially loved the private patio leading to the pool and the canal dock with beach views. We watched fish jumping and relaxed on the patio swing. Lien and Pat made the stay truly special with their hospitality. They welcomed us with fresh beach towels and warm smiles. My son, who had never had a coconut straight from the tree, mentioned it during our stay. We’re from Maine, and Lien said, “We need to make that happen.” The next day she cut one fresh from the tree, prepared it, and gave it to him with a straw. It made his day and is a memory we’ll never forget. This is a special place, and it felt good to support such kind, hardworking people, especially after all they’ve been through since Hurricane Ian. We’ll definitely be back!

The Manatee Bay Inn is wonderful. The apartments are beautiful, roomy, and sparkling clean, and the owners are extremely nice and on-site. The location is perfect, with everything a short walk away. Honestly, it’s the best place we’ve ever stayed. 10 STAR ⭐

The pool area was such a lovely place to relax, and we really enjoyed it. This family owned Inn has comfortable rooms that were just right for our getaway. We hope to return!

Having a little kitchenette made it easy to prepare some of our own meals, and our room was clean, spacious for two, and well kept. We also spent time by the pool and out on the deck. The owners were kind, knew us by name, and were always available when we needed help. They even accommodated a late check-in and let us stay past checkout after we asked. Breakfast was served every morning, and they had beach chairs, an umbrella, and towels for us to use. The inn is an easy walk from the beach, restaurants, and shops, yet sits in a fairly quiet spot overlooking the bay. The price was very reasonable. We loved our stay and would happily return and recommend it to friends.
