A lovely, well-maintained time share in a great location, right beside the Snug Harbor restaurant. The food there is delicious, and the views are fantastic.

We've been coming for seven years, and our family has grown to five, with kids now 9, 6, and 2. The harbor views are great, and it's an easy walk to the shops and beach. Our kids never get tired of the pool. We find the stay very comfortable, and the front desk service is wonderful. We always look forward to coming back.

While other restaurants are still closed after the 2022 hurricane, this place is open. It was a fun spot to sit by the water, with good food and very accommodating staff. My mom is over 80 and was able to get there without any trouble. I'd recommend this fun, unpretentious place.

It's just a short walk to the beach, and the rooms are comfortable with everything you need. You can cook dinner in your unit or walk about 75 feet or less to two great restaurants. Gas grills, bikes, and beach toys are available on site. My folks had a timeshare here for many years, so we have great memories of it. It's still just as nice, and you'll love it.

I owned two weeks here in December, but after my husband passed away I had to sell back. MV was where I wanted to be. I loved the unit, the staff are absolutely the best, and the location is superb. Every time we arrived, I felt renewed. I miss MV so much. I was devastated for them after Ian, and I'm so happy they've reopened. FMB and Marina village will always be in my heart.
