Seaside 101

It's across from Publix grocery store, and the beach is only steps away. The property is nicely maintained, with laundry facilities on site, beach chairs available, a nice pool and a great view. There's one slow elevator.

We've stayed here twice in the last year, and family members have been coming year after year. After the Hurricane, all 50 units are brand new. It's right on the beach, with easy parking, a great pool, brand new BBQ's and a beach view from every unit. Only downside is the slowest elevator in the Southeast United States.....lol.

Seaside Resort's pool was great, with lounge chairs, umbrella tables and pool noodles to use. We also played shuffleboard, and were thankful for the elevator since my 83 year old mother was traveling with us. Seaside 410 was amazing. We loved the end unit and lanai with screens across the front and side, letting in the coastal breeze. Being up higher and at the end meant people didn't walk past our door. We kept it open and used the storm door to let in sunlight on the roadside. The decor was lovely, and the furniture and king mattress were very comfortable. My husband even wanted to know the mattress brand. Every room had a ceiling fan with a remote. The pretty kitchen had nice pans and utensils, and we cooked some meals during our week there. The bedding was soft and looked nice. Beach towels for the pool and ocean were supplied, with a towel rack on the lanai. We loved our stay and will definitely come back.

We had a good visit, ran into no problems and plan to come back sometime. Everything was great.
