Giulia M.
After an approved showing of a unit at Terra Mar, the HOA president chased me around the parking lot and stopped me from leaving with my clients. A short, stocky man asked if I needed help. I smiled and politely said I was okay, then tried to walk around him, but he kept blocking my way. A very tall, thinner man joined him and also blocked me, while the man in the orange shirt kept his phone raised as if recording. The tall man yelled that he was the HOA president and that I wasn’t allowed to be there. I told him I was leaving and had an approved showing from the listing agent, but he kept corralling me in the lot. I’m a short, smaller woman, and I was scared being chased and aggressively questioned by two men I didn’t know. I showed my approved showing request and the listing agent’s name while trembling, hyperventilating, and crying. I’m very scared of these two individuals, and they should be ashamed of their actions. I had a white folder, wore a black tennis skort and a collared shirt, and had no bag. My shirt had my brokerage branding. I can’t find the appropriate personnel who should be made aware that these men harassed me and prevented me from leaving.
