The beds were comfortable, and the pool was big and nice. The boys especially liked that one end was 8 feet deep. We also enjoyed the ocean, where there were no riptides, and the live music in the Cabana on Friday and Saturday. Getting a table meant arriving early, though. The housekeeping crew were the friendliest and most accommodating people we dealt with. The front desk staff, on the other hand, were as unfriendly and unhelpful as the reviews had suggested. I felt like an inconvenience. There were four of us, two adults and two kids aged 10 and 11. I only found out too late that two bedroom suites were available, and you have to call to book one. It’s an older hotel, and that shows. The restaurant food was average. Still, for the price, we had a good stay, despite my hesitation after reading so many reviews.

We had a blast dancing to the band from our courtyard-facing room. The Tiki bar employees were so friendly and made us feel like we'd been coming here for years. The pool was just the right temperature, and when we forgot a floaty, we could get one at the gift shop right there. This place was an absolute gem, and we can't wait to come back. Thanks for the great time and memories!

The restaurant and Tiki bar draw plenty of locals, and there’s great live music on weekends. I’m from Colorado and had a great vacation here. The hotel is right on the beach, the cleaning staff does a great job, and the AC is good. I like this hotel, and the amenities are superb. Nothing to complain about.

The cleaning staff work hard to keep your room clean, and there are great places within walking distance for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The location is great, with the beach a short walk away, and it’s affordable compared with other beachfront options. Just know what you’re booking: this isn’t a resort or a luxury room. The rooms are small, the furniture and appliances are outdated, the outside isn’t well kept, and the pool felt crowded with 10 people in it. Do your research before booking your vacation.

The location was amazing, and parking was easy with plenty of spaces. The room was clean, until I spotted a german roach, and then I wasn't happy. The room felt dated, the A/C sounded like it might give out, and it took a long time to cool things down. The door got stuck when we tried to get in. They told me to jiggle the handle, but its metal frame was starting to come off the door. They called it renovated, but fresh paint isn't a renovation. It wasn't worth what we paid. The cost was like a 5 start hotel, but the place had motel vibes.
