Baymont by Wyndham Fort Myers Central

Please don’t stay here. The room and bathtub water both smelled bad, and the bed was awful, with springs you could feel and a loud metal sound whenever you moved. The towels were dirty and old. Worst hotel ever. They shouldn’t be in this business.

There was hair and other debris all over the dirty floor, which didn’t look as if it had been cleaned in a while. The bath mat, or foot towel, turned black and filthy. When we brought it up, reception said it was paint coming off the flooring and that the floor had been cleaned, which made no sense. Two of the three receptionists were neither polite nor helpful.

The Baymont at Fort Myers makes it easy to feel at home when I’m away. I’m a loyal customer because of the treatment and the great amenities. They’ve renewed the hotel with new floors and design, and are doing an impeccable job. Breakfast is free every day, service is provided every day of your stay, and they change the fresh towels and sheets and bring anything else you need. Each day feels new at the Baymont. It really shows hospitality at its finest. Don’t think twice, go on over. Five stars all the way!

The room was spacious, with 2 double beds. The bathroom needs updating and a better cleaning. They charge for ESA dogs because they don’t consider them actual service animals.
