Mary in the dining room made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. She clearly enjoys meeting guests and making sure they have what they need. Even though breakfast is self-serve, she brought people hot waffles and syrup, treating them like guests in her own kitchen. That kind of service deserves recognition from management. Mary is the face of the company at its best. The location was perfect, just minutes from the airport and a short drive to major restaurants and Fort Myers beach. My non-carpeted room was clean and just the right size. The AC and humidifier were a bit loud. The pool was a perfect temperature, though I would’ve liked an indoor pool. There’s a nice fitness center, guest laundry, and hot breakfast ready each morning.

Breakfast was great, and the room felt cozy with a nice smell and everything I needed. The staff were all pleasant and friendly. One towel was dirty, but I asked for another and got a fresh, clean one. The top bedspread also looked a little old and dingy. Those were my only issues.

Marie in the breakfast area was a real highlight. She’s been at this location for 23 years, and her warmth and hospitality made our stay special. Be sure to say hello to her! The hotel has been completely remodeled, with clean, modern rooms and lovely decor. We slept well on comfortable beds with great pillows. It’s also conveniently located near restaurants, food, and other amenities. We had a wonderful stay at Days Inn by Wyndham and would absolutely return.

The bed was comfortable, and the blackout shades helped me get a great night’s sleep. The location is convenient, close to lots of restaurants and CVS. I had a good dinner at Casa Blancas, only six minutes away. Check-in and checkout were easy, though it was new to me to use a screen with a live person on a headset instead of someone behind the desk. He was very helpful when there was an issue with my payment. The pool and its area looked nice, and the breakfast room was attractive with a decent variety of food. I’d recommend staying here, especially if you’re traveling by car, sightseeing in the area, or catching a flight at the nearby airport.

Rooms and bathrooms were clean, and the staff were helpful. If you find a deal here, take it. The pool looked beautiful until kids started running in and out, bringing in the leads from outside the hotel. A couple of things need work. Customers paying for early check-in shouldn’t have to wait more than 30 minutes, and the hotel needs better time management. There aren’t enough cameras for a place so open to the public, and none of the doors need a key to enter. There’s no onsite customer service desk either, you check in on a screen with a live person. It’s 9-12 minutes from the airport and 22-30 minutes from Downtown Fort Myers.
