We chose this little b&b for our anniversary and were really impressed. It was quiet despite being on a main road, and the place was clean, with old charm and newer upgrades. The citrus room bathroom was SO beautiful, and breakfast had enough variety that I could have a full meal as a vegetarian. The beds were on the firm side, which I like. I’d happily recommend it.

The Hibiscus house was our first bed and breakfast, and it made for a great long weekend for our 23rd wedding anniversary. We wanted somewhere more relaxed and private, and the parrot room was cute and clean. Breakfast was simple, with a good range of choices, and they brought us beach chairs when we asked. There’s a coffee shop connected to the place. We had a rental car, but Fort Myers Beach was a bit of a drive, about 30 min. On the other hand, the river district, shops, and restaurants are only blocks away. I’d recommend staying here if that’s what you’re looking for.

We were in the 1st floor flamingo room, and it was bright, spotless, and decorated really well. The common areas were beautiful and cared for too. The old house has so much charm, with lovely attention to detail throughout. Breakfast is usually at 8:30, but the staff came in early and set out a full continental breakfast at 7am for our business plans. We were grateful for that. They also emailed information about local places and things to do. Great communication and customer service. We’ll recommend it to anyone staying in the area, and it’ll be our first choice when we come back.

Our Flamingo room was comfortable, with a door out to a small side patio and the off street parking area. Breakfast was nice, and they had cookies too. It’s an easy walk to the historic downtown and Edison Ford estates. We’d definitely stay again.

We stayed in the citrus room and loved it. It had lots of character and was exceptionally clean. Breakfast each morning was a treat, especially the amazing coffee and the Latin flair to the food. Absolutely perfect for us, and I’m sure we’ll be back.
