Check-in was smooth and personal, with no waiting or paperwork hassle. After dining at Ella Mae, Andre at the front desk made sure we had what we needed and let us know several packages had arrived and were ready for delivery to our room. I loved the top-floor room, with floor-to-ceiling river views over the Caloosahatchee River. Boats passed by during the day, and at sunset the water looked like liquid gold. The linens, decor, and coastal touches made it feel both calming and indulgent. Waking up to the quiet waterfront each morning was beautiful and almost therapeutic. The hotel dining was impressive too, with fresh coastal food, lovely presentation, and staff who knew the menu and wine pairings. The lobby coffee shop was another highlight: rich, smooth coffee, a balanced chai latte, and afternoon espresso, all served by attentive baristas who remembered orders and chatted warmly. From the helpful valet team at arrival through departure, every interaction felt considered and welcoming. With the smooth service and genuine smiles, it was an experience that already has me wanting to return.
