MainStay Suites Fort Myers East I-75

That front desk employee who checked us in was wonderful. I wish I’d written down her name. She smiled constantly, was kind, welcoming, helpful, and caring, and wrote uplifting messages on every key card holder she handed out. The room was great too, with a comfortable bed and a small kitchen area. I’ve stayed in hotels all over the world, mostly four- and five-star places, and this one beat some of them. Great staff really raise the whole experience. You can see why the hotel gets exceptional ratings on several booking platforms. To the young woman at the desk, you’re a role model employee and a wonderful person. 10/10.

The staff were very kind and polite, and breakfast was above average. Our room was comfortable with lots of storage, though I did miss having a mirror in the bedroom area. We also smelled people smoking pot in the hotel almost every night, despite the No Smoking signs posted throughout. We really like the location and plan to stay again if those issues are addressed.

I travel widely for business, and this is one of the cleanest hotels, long-term or regular, I’ve ever stayed in. It’s refreshing to find a place where everything is actually spotless. The rooms and lobby are modern and very nice, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Free breakfast and coffee are great too. I’ll look for Mainstay on future trips.

The hotel and rooms are huge and clean, and the breakfast had a very good selection. The strawberry waffles were a nice touch, and the fruit and juice choices were great. The store also had a good range of snacks for midnight munchies. All the workers were cheerful, kind, and helpful. I’d stay again next time I’m in Ft Myers. The location is convenient, about 30 minutes from the beach and 25 minutes from Punta Gorda airport.
