Jamie, the young woman at the front desk on 2/15/26 in the afternoon, really made the stay. I loved how she treated everyone, especially us Lifetime Titanium Elite members. Once we checked in, it was like she waved a wand and made all our hotel wishes come true! The place was very clean and the room was a decent size, but those Queen Beds were hard as rocks. It’s the first time I’ve disliked a bed at a Marriott property. Breakfast was a bit above average, with the usual sausage and biscuits you can combine, plus pre wrapped Jimmy Deans Sausage/Egg Sandwhiches. Otherwise, a very good stay and nothing to complain about.

The system was completely down when I arrived tonight looking for a room. There was no internet, television, or room keys, but that was out of the staff’s control. Every person working did all they could to get me into a room and keep guests comfortable. 10 out of 10.

The room has plenty of space and doesn’t feel cramped, with a smart layout and natural light from two windows. The kitchen works for light cooking and has nice appliances. The hotel feels like it’s in a super safe of town, close to everything, and there’s lots of parking. It looks and feels new. The broken card machine was a heck of an inconvenience. Staff spent all day shuffling patrons to their rooms, and you needed a chaperone each time. That’s just unacceptable. I asked for late checkout and was told 2:30. That’s one of the inconsistencies at Marriott franchises where Elite Status seems to mean nothing, even with a guaranteed 4 pm checkout unless it’s a resort or a convention is happening. As a Titanium, I wonder why I put time and money into a program that takes more and gives so little back.

The truck and road noise made sleeping difficult, and the roads nearby are complicated, so getting in and out can be a little tricky. Still, it was clean and convenient for where we were going, and we’d stay again.
