Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Fort Valley

I booked a room and left that same night after getting bitten all over by bedbugs. I went to the doctor, and they confirmed it. The bites are horrible and painful. I will never stay here again, and you'll be hearing from my lawyer.

The noisy A/C rattled constantly, and the sofa was old, gross, and looked like a large dog had chewed up one end. The bedding had stains all over it, so after seeing the bathroom I wondered whether it had even been changed since the last guest. The tub was dirty and stained, and the bathroom floor had grime and loose dirt in every corner, like it hadn't been swept or mopped in ages. The bathroom door hit the toilet whenever it opened or closed. I expected better cleanliness and maintenance from Wyndham Corp. The whole place felt cheap and dirty, a bit shady, and not comfortable at all for our one night there. So disappointing. I would never stay here again.

The room smelled, and the place looked nothing like the picture. Red paint on the door frame looked like a two year old had done it. I didn't spend the night. People were walking around outside, and I didn't feel safe at all, so I booked a room at another hotel and left.

There were bugs in the room. We told the office we were leaving, but they refused to give us a refund.
