421 El Matador - Two Bedroom - Condo

I felt really bad and very sad after how the doorman treated me. On February -17 - 2025 at (El Matador), an American gentleman I found extremely prejudiced, arrogant, and extremist barely spoke to me. I thanked him, sir, and he didn't reply, just turned away as if I were absolute trash. I'm a Brazilian Latina woman, and my political and religious views and family problems should all be kept out of the workplace. I'll contact Real Joy and ask them to get in touch with the owner.

The people living here are great, and the view out front over the gulf is lovely. The maintenance team is great too, especially Craig, Henry, and Aaron.

A beautiful place to vacation, with great condos, friendly staff, and a safe, clean environment. The white sandy beaches are awesome.

The photos made the condo look spacious and nice, but it wasn't what we expected. The floors were nasty, the toilets didn't work, the front desk staff were rude, the carpet was stained black, and the walls were scuffed. There was barely room for one person between the wall and dining table. When we arrived and found both toilets out of order, the front desk rudely said maintenance doesn't come on weekends. They asked if I could get water from the kitchen to pour into a toilet, though they said they'd try to get maintenance. That's understandable, but when I spilled a little water and wiped it up, the paper towel came away black. The jacuzzi setup wasn't good for us either: there are separate men's and women's areas, with coed access only from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. We'll never stay here again.
