There were very few people on the beach this far down the island, and it made for a really relaxing vacation. No one was loud at night, even the first week of April. We stayed in unit 1006, conveniently on the ground floor near the pool and beach path, with a perfect ocean view and a good assortment of cooking items. The king bed was very comfortable, and my four kids usually shared their room and adjoining bathroom happily. The building is somewhat dated, but its modest amenities are well kept, maintenance was incredible, and the grounds were very clean. Parking was plentiful, though we usually had to park on a serious hill, which was odd. The chair service was great, and the pool was very small but clean and warm, with plenty of older lounge seating.
