For the price, this was a great, very clean room, and having beach towels provided was a nice bonus. We stayed in room 5 and only ran into two small issues: the chain lock faced the wrong way and didn’t help much, though the deadbolt still made us feel safe, and the toilet seat wouldn’t stay up. Both seem easy to fix. Otherwise, it was excellent. Highly recommend.

Getting checked in was a breeze, and the hosts responded quickly. The place was clean and nice, with several food options within a couple of miles. I really liked staying here and would recommend it.

The price is a steal for what you get. We had everything we could need and more, and the place was super clean. Food and activities were only a short drive away, and the beach was about 10-15 minutes out. We spent five days here and had an amazing stay, with very responsive hosts and no problems at all. If I’m back in Fort Walton, I’ll stay here again.

The hosts were so kind and accommodating, and the unit itself was clean and comfortable. We always found street parking by the building, even though there’s no dedicated lot, and felt safe. Several beaches, restaurants, and cafes are within a 10-minute drive. Great find!

Aubrey was respectful and kept in touch throughout. The room was clean and nicely organized, and the place and owners were great quality. I’ll rent from them again.
