Our fall stay at Gulf Dunes West, GD 411, was fabulous. The condo was beautiful and roomy, and the sunsets were phenomenal. We love Gulf Dunes by Brooks and Shorey! Earlier, our group of 13 stayed in GD603 and GD604. GD604 was quite nice, with stainless steel kitchen appliances and a Big Screen TV, and the accommodations there were top notch. I just wish the kitchen had more pots and pans, a blender, and food storage containers, since I like making meals and snacks for the family. GD603 needs a serious upgrade. Its shower drain was clogged when we arrived, so maintenance had to come before we could shower. The washing machine also wouldn’t spin. Maintenance couldn’t fix it and had to report the issue to the condo’s owner, so we wrung out the laundry by hand and finished it next door in GD604. We still had a blast celebrating with family and friends, and planned to return in October 2022.

We had a great view from the beachfront condo we found right on the gulf. The amenities were very good, and booking a last-minute vacation rental was easy with them. Check-in and departure were both simple. We’ll definitely book through them again.

Our clean Gulf Dunes condo had three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The gulf-side ocean view was great, and we even spotted dolphins from the balcony. It was well worth it, and I hope we can come back next year.

We come back for a week every year because we love this place. The condo is always spotless and quiet, and the staff are super friendly. I’d highly recommend using them!

The rooms were bigger than I expected, clean, and comfortable. The person we contacted through air bnb was friendly and replied super quickly. Fantastic place to stay!
