We had a family of nine at Holiday Inn Resort, and it was one of our most enjoyable vacations together. There was plenty for everyone to do: the kids spent hours in the lazy river, movie nights gave us memories we'll never forget, and the food had enough options to satisfy our whole group. The resort was beautiful, and the staff made the trip feel effortless even with nine of us. Nikki, Kerry, and Dre made sure we felt welcome, comfortable, and well looked after. They were professional, upbeat, and quick to respond whenever we needed something. Dre especially made a big impression. He's a very nice young man, and the kids talked about how cool he was the whole trip. He left his card, and every one of us wanted to write a review because of the impression he made. I only helped the kids get back to their room, but Dre came back upstairs and unclogged the toilet without hesitation. His kindness and helpful attitude didn't go unnoticed. We're already talking about coming back because of the service, the beautiful amenities, and the family-friendly feel. Thanks to Nikki, Kerry, Dre, and the whole Holiday Inn Resort team for such a special vacation. We can't wait to return.

Diego, the bartender, made me feel welcome as soon as I arrived. He was friendly and attentive, knew the drink menu well, offered useful suggestions, and made my cocktails perfectly. Even when it was busy, service was prompt and he stayed positive. His professional, engaging manner added to the hotel's atmosphere. I had a great experience and would happily return. I'd highly recommend stopping by the bar during your stay.

The room was cozy, the bed was comfortable, and we had a beautiful view. My mom and I spent two nights here and had a great time. Kerri-Ann welcomed us with such a warm, lively personality and quickly sorted out any issues so we could enjoy our stay. Breakfast had lots of tasty options, and Rush from the kitchen was friendly, helpful, and quick to look after us. She made the visit even better. Thanks to Rush and Kerri-Ann, we hope to come back soon!

The beach access was incredible, and the pool areas were clean and fun. We had a wonderful week here as a family, and the breakfast ladies were a big hit with the kids. They looked forward to chatting with them each morning. The hotel was great overall. A couple of room issues came up, the TV in the bunk room didn't work and the shower knob fell off a few times, but we managed and they didn't spoil our trip. We'll definitely be back.

The kids' bunks worked out perfectly, and the rooms were awesome. Everything was super clean. Everyone we met, from breakfast and the front desk to the afternoon and evening food and drink staff, helped make this a fantastic family trip. We've already recommended the place to others and will be back. Thanks to all of you! ❤️
