From the balcony of 206, the second-floor view of the water is amazing. The condo was clean and the price was fair, but it feels very basic and stuck in the 90s. There are little things the pictures don't show, and it could use a makeover. Honestly, the whole building could.

We’ve been coming back for years because the location is just right, right on the beach without being too big. The facilities are clean, too.

The smell was musty, the bed sagged in the middle, and the carpet was so filthy that I wore shoes all week. Some carpet tack strips were exposed, and the torn furniture was covered in dirt and body oils from other renters. The interior felt unsanitary. The TV only worked now and then and usually couldn't find a signal; there were few utensils, and the knives were dull or broken. The front door had no extra security lock. The building is held up by steel posts. On one of the busiest weeks of the year, July 4th, a drain company blocked all our vehicles for the whole day. We had arrived the night before and had no food while we waited to get out. My three-year-old is coughing and congested today, probably because of this. Do not rent condo 306 or give these owners money. It needs a complete rehab.
