The free beach chair service was a great bonus, and we loved being steps from the sand. Our balcony had a breathtaking view, and the condo at Pelican Isle was clean and beautifully decorated. Brooks and Shorey made booking easy, and the staff were friendly and quick to respond. It was perfect for our beach trip, and we’re already planning our next stay.

I spend a week at Pelican Isle, #306, with my friends every year, and I love it. It’s a gorgeous beachfront condo, with a breathtaking ocean view from the deck and soft quartz sand that’s perfect for long walks. Since it’s near the end of the beach, it’s quiet and a lovely place to relax and recharge. Everyone is welcoming and kind, from Al, the maintenance guy, to Tyler, the beach attendant. I can’t wait to return to #306 this fall!

Pelican Isle (#608) was perfect: nice and clean, family oriented, with cold air and a view you just can’t put into words. Check-in and check-out were super easy, with no keycard to keep track of and no long process. I was hesitant to book with Brooks & Shorey because their reviews weren’t the greatest, but I’m really glad I did. I’m a super planner, so I called and emailed them probably six times before our stay with questions. They responded promptly and answered everything fully. We’ll definitely book with them again and recommend them to family and friends.
