The gated property was clean throughout, and the ladies at check-in were friendly and easy to deal with. We’ve been staying at seaspray since the 1980s, and we came twice in 2023. Everything was perfect. Can’t wait for summer 2024. Five stars all the way.

Pets are allowed, and the property is right on the beach with two boardwalks and a nice pool area. One thing to know about the layout: there are no bathrooms on the lower floors, only upstairs. Even if your condo is upstairs, you have to climb another flight to reach the bathroom.

We loved our time at Seaspray and would recommend it to families. The property is well kept, the staff are great, and the pool is good. Best of all, the private beach area and beach access were amazing.

I had a great first winter as a snowbird at Seaspray. If money weren’t an issue, I’d come back every winter. Looking forward to the September trip for my girlfriend’s birthday.

For our family reunion, we used the clubhouse for the week, and the rooms were clean with friendly staff. The main drawback is that there are no handicap ramps to get to the clubhouse. It’s close to restaurants, and the boardwalk is right on the beach.
