Summerlin #503 by Southern Vacation Rentals

Sitting on the balcony at night with a cool drink and the sound of waves breaking on the beach was fantastic. The place was very nice and well kept, and the view was great.

We stayed somewhere else for Spring Break 2025, and that made me appreciate the Summerlin even more. We'd been there for Spring Break 2024, when it was quiet and peaceful. I think my older kids may have been the only kids staying there. The owners we ran into were really welcoming and nice.

The beach was unbelievably beautiful, and the place was clean with a lovely, well-kept pool. It was a great place to stay.

We'd stayed at this property before and hadn't had problems like this. In Apartment #503, everything was badly outdated and worn. The white kitchen cabinets were stained and dirty, and the carpet was filthy and unpleasant. It was a disaster, and I was shocked they offered the unit to guests in that condition. We told them how uncomfortable we felt, but little was done. They only offered to re-clean the room and gave us a $100 gift card for a local bar/restaurant. That didn't feel adequate given what we were dealing with. The service and standards have clearly deteriorated since our earlier stays. I'm deeply disappointed and frustrated. I would never recommend this place based on our experience. I want a direct response from the owner or management, and this needs to be taken seriously. I believe appropriate compensation is warranted.
