Fort Washington Inn

I wanted some time to myself away from home, and this first stay was fairly quiet. Breakfast was convenient, the building was clean, most of the staff were friendly, and the price for two days was nice. The fitness room wasn’t fully set up, there was no bar or restaurant, and unfortunately there wasn’t a pool available for me. I’ll keep an eye out for future updates and may visit again.

I wouldn’t have booked if I’d known the room I reserved with specific amenities wouldn’t be available. At arrival they put me in a different room, and the front desk said nothing could be done. The room had been advertised that way and described that way in my booking, yet neither the desk nor corporate made any effort to fix the situation. I won’t book here again.

The fitness room was dirty and didn’t work, and the bathroom was deplorable, with a huge patched area on the porcelain bottom. My room also had roaches, no phone, and no clock. When I showed the front desk the roach in a cup, he offered a refund, but they charged me full price for everything. No apology or accountability. Management later wrote that they hoped to see us again. Don’t stay here. Horrible place.

The room was as spacious as it looked in the pictures, and this pet friendly Hotel had everything we needed and more. Tracy was fantastic to communicate with and went out of her way to accommodate our family and pet. It felt like a home away from home. We had an incredible stay and would definitely come back. ☺
