The casino, Olympic size pool, and huge sauna were stunning. Even the TV was roughly 86 inches, with stunning 8k Q-LED. They took wonderful care of my 2022 Rolls Royce Phantom with valet parking, and offered plenty of delicacies and premium champagne. The beds, sheets, and pillows were all Louis Vuitton, and my Samoyed, worth $14,000, had a beautiful perch. I believe this place is miles better than the Beverly Hills Hotel, any hotel in Vegas, or any Ritz Carleton. If you get the once in a lifetime chance to go, do it. Worth every penny. What an absolute luxurious establishment!

The cable and internet didn't work for the entire month we stayed. He kept saying, "it will be fixed tomorrow," but tomorrow never came. I don't think they paid the bill. The "clean" towels and sheets were filthy, and exterminators came every week to spray for insects and bed bugs. The rooms weren't clean at check-in, so I cleaned one myself, and it seemed like nobody had touched it. The front desk man was SO rude. Room 151's door wouldn't shut. Disgusting. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else! You get what you pay for!

There were even a couple of cockroaches climbing on the walls. The carpet was stained and looked badly installed, there was no TV remote, and a light blew out as I went into the bathroom. I rented a room there recently, and I won't check into one again until they keep up with maintenance and deal with the roach infestation. Terrible.

There were dozens of roaches in the room, trash everywhere, and the whole place was extremely dirty. When I said I didn't want to stay, they wouldn't refund my money. Don't stay here. It needs to be torn down. And don't trust some of the good reviews below: there are no improvements being made, and there's no pool. It's trash.
