We came with a large group and lots of kids for a young man’s funeral, and the staff made a hard occasion easier. The front desk was extremely accommodating, the beds were wonderfully comfortable, and the breakfast buffet was better than at any hotel we’ve stayed in. Theresa, who served breakfast, was especially sweet, worked her tail off, kept everything stocked and the tables clean, always with a smile. Given the circumstances, it was an incredible experience, and our whole crowd was grateful.

The renovation has made the hotel look amazing. It’s clean, modern, and very well maintained, with comfortable rooms and friendly staff. This was easily one of the best Fairfield Inn & Suites stays I’ve had. Highly recommend it.

I’ve stayed here twice and just love it. The hotel is clean, cozy, comfortable, and smells so good. There are lots of nearby restaurants, including Cracker Barrel. We ate there on a bitter winter night while a fire was roaring, which was wonderful. The room has a great desk, mini fridge, and microwave, and the breakfast has plenty of variety. I liked the extra floral and sheer layer in the window treatments. The gym is versatile, with an elliptical, treadmill, free weights, bench, kettlebells, Bosu ball, and more. Jefferson Pointe Shopping Center is about 12-15 minutes away.

Mike, the hotel manager, helped our group of 38, 35 college students and three adults, put together a rooming list and arrange payment by check. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. We also appreciated having restaurants within walking distance. We stayed two nights, and I’ll definitely choose this location if and when I bring another large group to Fort Wayne.

I ended up staying here for two weeks. The staff were phenomenal, breakfast was great, the location was good, and the rooms were clean and nice. The beds are the one thing I wish they’d upgrade.
