For the service you get, this is excellent value. My room was clean, the sheets were fresh, and the bathroom was well maintained. There was even a microwave, fridge, and TV in the room. The front desk woman was accommodating and kindly upgraded my room after I made a mistake with my online booking. The cleaning staff deserve kudos.

I felt really uncomfortable during a visit to swim, even though we’ve paid to use the pool before without issues. I called ahead to confirm that my family and I could swim, and the man on the phone said it was okay. When we arrived, he acted as if he didn’t know what I meant and was very rude. He let us swim, but kept hovering around the pool and walking past, like he was looking for a reason to make us leave. I’ve never had this happen before. In the pictures, you can see him walking by every five minutes.

The staff were welcoming, especially the woman working the night shift, who was incredibly kind and helpful. My room was clean and comfortable, and the pool was great for cooling off in the summer heat. It was a really good stay and definitely worth the price. Don’t let the negative reviews put you off. Some seem to come from people with bad attitudes or expectations that don’t match how motels work.

The beds were the first thing I noticed when I walked into my room at the America's Best Value Inn on West Freeway in Fort Worth. There were two queen beds, tall and fluffy, with three pillows each, and they were as comfortable as they looked. The room felt inviting, and the hot water was truly hot, which has been hard to find during my recent hotel stays. The shower had wall-mounted shampoo, conditioner, and soap dispensers, a welcome change from tiny bottles that are hard to open. The price came to under $50 including taxes, excellent value. I’d never thought of staying here before, but after several recent hotel visits with problems like no hot water, pests, and other disappointments, this place really stood out. The few downsides were minor for me. The bathtub had no stopper, though I like taking baths and found a workaround. There was no coffee pot in the room, but I bring my own anyway. Adding a small breakfast, just coffee and pastries, would make the place perfect. The front desk gentleman was very tall and pleasant, and check-in was easy. It’s the first hotel in months where I haven’t had any significant complaints. The comfort, cleanliness, and value beat my expectations. I’ll definitely return and recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable, comfortable stay in Fort Worth.
