Atwell Suites Fort Worth Alliance Area by IHG

We had a large party in the room next to us, sounding like a teenager's birthday party with marijuana involved. I told the front desk and was still waiting for it to be handled before calling the police. This is a very nice, well-kept hotel, and my husband often stays here as a Diamond Elite member. The rooms are consistently spotless. I disagree with people who say there's not enough room to work, and I'm including photos to show why. Staff have been attentive throughout our stay. And the claim that the hotel smells like dirty diapers just isn't true. 🙄

The only real drawback was hearing everything from the room upstairs: footsteps, doors closing, and bathroom noises, all of them. Outside noise was almost nonexistent, though, and the rooms are spacious. I like the hotel and its location, the staff are very nice, and I'd stay here again.

The rooms were clean, modern, and in good shape, and the hotel feels new. Staff were friendly and helpful, so there’s a good base for a pleasant stay. Sleep was uncomfortable for me because the pillows offered no support. Breakfast also needs work: the selection was very limited, some items ran out, and the juice and coffee machines weren't working properly. Staff didn't seem attentive to those breakfast problems while guests were there. Better breakfast choices, working equipment, and more supportive bedding would make a real difference.

We had a really nice time here. The hotel itself was lovely, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. My husband wasn't happy with breakfast, but I don't expect a hotel meal to be like the one we make at home, so it didn't bother me. The grandkids are already looking forward to swimming when the weather warms up.
