It was nothing like the pictures, and the reviews I relied on when booking don't seem valid. The hallway smelled like urine and animals, the bathtub was stained and disgusting, and there was no smoke detector. The beds were just foldable frames, and the room was gross, like a trap house. The hotel staff was subpar. I don't recommend spending your time or money here.

We had to change rooms twice because they kept getting the arrangements wrong, even though I booked everything online. Then they wanted me to come down to the office to sort it out. They should've called the room phone to say one was available. I kept asking for clean towels and sheets, but they promised to bring them and never did. They acted like giving us towels was a problem, even when two people needed to bathe and we got just one towel. The front desk ignored me when I reported the issues. The rooms had roaches everywhere. The second I put food on the counter, they came out, and I couldn't sleep. My eyes, throat, and ears were itching like crazy. With the ceiling leaking, I think there might've been mold in the walls or something. It was also leaking onto dirty towels and sheets. The whole place was disgusting, smelled like dog and cat piss, weed, and cigarettes, and looked nothing like the pictures. People stood outside my door and beside the building, and creepy-looking men watched me as I left. I asked about cameras near the rooms and found out there weren't any, just one in the front where they work. Staff took their time when I came in, and room service was a lie. They texted me to ask for a review, and I made sure to describe how unpleasant it was. I don't see the review I wrote. Maybe it upset the manager, since she told her workers she wanted me gone. I had no problem leaving. Who wants to stay in a trap like that? Please show what the extended stay really looks like and stop scamming people.

Having a full kitchen makes this feel like a real home away from home, and it's very comfortable and accommodating. Mertyle and Tammy are the best. If you have questions or concerns, they'll do everything they can to help, always with a smile. If you need a temporary place to stay, I recommend it.

At check-in, I was told for the first time that our room wasn't available. Nobody had let us know beforehand by email, text, phone, or voicemail. They'd received the reservation, but somehow there was no room for us. All they offered was another hotel across the street, with no arrangements or apology. I booked through another site, and they refused to refund me. This was my worst hotel experience in 20 years. Don't book here if you want to avoid a huge hassle.
