The pool table and theater room were major highlights, and kept the evenings fun too. The home was spacious, super clean, and lovely for relaxing. I also really enjoyed the beautiful private pool, especially for cooling off in the heat. It was an amazing getaway, and I'd happily stay here again.

The way my son was treated at the resort was absolutely unacceptable. He'd booked the property through Airbnb and showed up in a recently purchased vehicle with a valid Alabama dealership-issued temporary tag, proof of purchase, insurance, and all the required documents. Even so, he was made to feel as if he'd done something wrong and denied entry. We only learned of this policy at the gate, not before booking. If we'd been told temporary dealer tags meant guests could be refused access, we would have booked elsewhere. Turning away a paying guest over a legally issued temporary tag is unreasonable and makes the property and management look very bad. The lack of customer service, common sense, and flexibility can turn what should be a relaxing vacation into an unnecessary nightmare. Anyone considering a stay should confirm every detail in writing before spending their hard-earned money. We won't return, and I strongly encourage other guests to check the rules first.

We had a great stay in an amazing home, and had no issues. It was close enough to Disney to make getting to the parks easy, but far enough away that traveling there wasn't a problem. Lots of food spots, stores, and attractions nearby made for a great vacation. We'll definitely visit again.

We rented an Airbnb with family. The home and its amenities were nice, but calling Solara a resort feels like a stretch to me. It seemed more like a huge subdivision with a nice shared pool and a place to get snacks.
