Lizards and snakes got into the house, and the outside of the house was dirty. The pool was dirty too, and the bathrooms were locked. We felt uncomfortable sleeping at night; my younger siblings were scared, and my mother was anxious the whole time. There was no soap or shampoo, and no extra toilet paper. After we left, they asked us to clean the place, then still charged service fees even though we had cleaned most of it. If we go back to Florida, we won't stay there again.
