The home we rented was beautiful and new, but the resort was a huge disappointment, and we won't stay again. It was so overcrowded that getting back through the gated security after each trip out turned into a 30-minute fiasco. Cars lined up for blocks in both directions on the main road, jostling to get into the queue. Inside, so many cars were parked along the curb that some roads were barely wide enough for two cars to pass. The property limit is four cars per home, but it clearly isn't enforced, and there's nowhere near enough space for all those cars. It makes no sense that this site plan was approved without enough parking. We chose the resort for its amenities, but never used them. The house was too far to walk from, and there was never parking near the clubhouse. We wouldn't recommend this resort to anyone.

This was a disgrace for what the rental cost, and I can't recommend Reunion Vacation Homes. When we arrived, rubbish was piled on the ground outside the rental and spilling out of the unemptied bin. Inside, we found trash under the beds, wet and dirty dishes in cabinets, dirty oven mitts, and a loose blade in a kitchen drawer. The house hadn't been properly cleaned, and the refrigerator didn't work. The game room was filthy and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in ages. There were peach pits, dirt, and spider webs. The master bathroom's can lights were hanging from the ceiling, the upstairs king bedroom shower door was off its track, the pool stick caps were broken, and the T Track door molding was loose. The home also had bed bugs. I was promised a call back several times, but the customer service was poor.

The house seemed nice when we arrived, but about four hours later we started seeing roaches. Most of our stay, we kept finding them in the kitchen. The host sent pest control, but the roaches never went away and eventually spread to the bedrooms. I booked the vacation home through Airbnb and contacted the person we booked with. He couldn't offer us another home or any compensation for what happened. Having my grandson there and seeing how anxious he was around the roaches was hard. If I'd known we wouldn't get compensation, I wouldn't have booked here.

We loved having several ways to enjoy the water, from swimming and the lazy river to the kiddie pool and a slide for older kids. There's also putt putt golf, and the walk to the water park area wasn't too far. The Airbnb we stayed in was amazing, especially the private pool. This place was great!

HIGH ALERT if you stay here. There's nowhere to park, and the place is overcrowded. They wait until midnight, when everyone's asleep, to tow cars. We saw about three tow trucks driving around, towing people's vehicles. It feels like they have a partnership with the tow companies to make money. DON'T stay here!!!
