There was plenty of room in the unit, with a full kitchen and two and a half bathrooms. The beds were comfortable: one king, one queen, and two twins. Each bedroom has a TV, though the remotes are confusing. A larger TV in the living room would make it perfect. We had a great experience and highly recommend it.
Championsgate is a busy area with Publix, gas stations, fast food, and restaurants nearby, and Disney's parks are only about 15 minutes away. We enjoyed the townhouse's size and the community feel, since some people live there and others rent as needed, so it feels less like a rental property. Our Fountains unit had three bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, and a one-car garage. The kitchen was fully stocked with large and small appliances and housewares, and there was a washer and dryer. Front desk staff were courteous and helpful. We enjoyed our stay, would recommend it, and will definitely return.
The exit gate has failed again between 2am and 5am. When I leave for work at 4am, it won't open. This same gate issue has kept happening for about 3 to 4 months each year over the past 3 years.
