Amazing 6 bedrooms at SOLARA RESORT!

My son booked through Airbnb and arrived in a recently purchased car with a valid temporary tag issued by an Alabama dealership. He had proof of purchase, insurance, and all the required paperwork, but resort staff treated him as if he'd done something wrong and refused him entry. This was an absolutely unacceptable experience. We weren't told about this rule before booking. If we'd known that guests with temporary dealer tags could be turned away, we would gladly have booked somewhere else. Refusing a paying guest access over a legally issued temporary tag is unreasonable and reflects badly on the property and management. There was no customer service or common sense in how this was handled, and the lack of flexibility could turn a relaxing vacation into an unnecessary nightmare. Guests should verify all the details in writing before spending their money here. We won't be coming back, and I strongly encourage others to check everything first.
