As returning guests, we were greeted with a smile at the clubhouse, and the new manager is pleasant and personable. We noticed positive changes. The condo was clean and well stocked, and it’s an easy walk to the amenities. We’re looking forward to coming back.

We had a nice stay and the pools were great. My family loves swimming at night, so I only wish they stayed open after dusk.

The units are standard condo setups, and some buildings look out over the pool areas. There are two pools, a kiddie pool, and a hot tub, with a mix of rentals and local residents. The larger family pool and kiddie pool are on the west side of the road, while the hot tub and adult pool are on the east side. Kids can use that pool too, despite the unofficial name. My in-laws have been coming for years. It’s pretty quiet, with more seniors than young families and hardly any couples or solo guests. Most people here are families or retirees.

We had such an amazing time in Davenport, Florida. Bella Piazza was beautiful and really comfortable. Thanks for a wonderful vacation.

The grounds are well kept, and we enjoyed both pools and the hot tub. The restroom facilities at each pool were clean and in good condition. Bella Piazza was a very nice condo experience overall. My one complaint is the badly outdated business office. Its computers still run Windows 7, there was no paper in either printer, and even after we got paper, the computers wouldn’t communicate with the printers. We couldn’t print anything, so the space wasn’t useful or a selling point. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.
