Destiny Palms Hotel

I was wary of the high ratings for such a reasonable price and thought the reviews might be fake, but that wasn’t the case. The rooms were spotless, the beds comfortable, and both the staff and owner were very friendly. There was an area-wide power outage while I was there, and the owner came by to check that guests were okay and chat. The rooms only have showers, the pool is on the small side, and there’s no breakfast, though they do have a toaster, coffee, and a small dining area. My room also had a coffee maker, microwave, and fridge. For the price, it’s a heck of a deal and a hidden gem. I’d definitely stay again since it’s close to my daughter’s house.

After our flight was canceled, they welcomed us back right away, and the manager even suggested a place where we could enjoy the fireworks for free. The staff were so friendly, and they let us check out late after our long three days at WDW. The rooms were clean, though a bit humid, but that was fine. There’s a McDonald’s, 711, and even a little dispensary within walking distance. I’m really grateful to Destiny Palms Hotel and so happy with our stay. I can’t thank everyone enough, and I’ll definitely come back next time we go to Disney.

We booked a two-bedroom for our family and had what we needed for a relaxed stay. There were queen beds, a decent-sized window with nice natural light, a small closet, microwave, and mini-fridge for snacks and quick meals after the parks. The location was handy, under 30 minutes from the major parks, with a McDonald's and a 7-Eleven/gas station nearby for food and essentials. Parking was plentiful and spacious, with no fee. This is a clean, decent place to come back to after busy park days, especially if you’re watching your budget. It’s not flashy, with no grand lobby or luxury feel, but it delivers convenience and comfort. There’s no full breakfast, just complimentary morning coffee, which was enough to get us going. Housekeeping came every two days, which seemed standard for this kind of hotel and kept the room tidy. A real hidden gem for the value, particularly for families who don’t need fancy extras.

It’s just outside town, with a nice pool and a very quiet atmosphere. Customer service was incredible. They charge $4 a day, though, and that fee isn’t mentioned anywhere. They also add charges for extras that you’d normally expect to be free at a hotel.
