My family, my in-laws, and I have stayed here a couple of times, and so far we’ve had no complaints. We had a house that slept 18, with a movie theater, game room, private pool, and plenty more.

The $20 fee to bring a car in is ridiculous. Having to put all the trash in a plastic bag before putting it in the trash cart, or face a fine, is excessive. The HOA is using Airbnb guests to grab money.

The grounds are beautiful, but each home has a different owner, so the standards vary a lot. You also have to pay for an entrance card, and $20 feels expensive if you’re only there for a few nights. The entrance can get busy at random times, which is frustrating when you’re in a hurry. Security staff aren’t especially friendly or helpful.
