Emerald Island Resort 2771 - Three Bedroom Townhome

My family lives in a house in the Emerald resort neighborhood, and things had always gone well until we dealt with Denise, a security guard there. She asks questions, then ignores my family because they’re Latinos. The way she speaks to us is rude and makes us feel as if she thinks we’re dumb and don’t understand her. We’ve asked her things and been ignored, and she has even tried to keep family from entering their own house despite the pass the property gave them to enter and leave. I hope management addresses this and teaches DENISE from security some customer service.

It’s a gated, beautiful complex, but this isn’t a place that offers rooms, it’s the name of the complex. A lot of young people were renting there and made noise day and night. Nobody came by even once to ask them to keep it down. I don’t think I’d rent there again.

The gated community felt peaceful and safe, and the house was spacious and comfortable for our family. We were there for a Disney trip, and the resort is a great spot, just a short drive from the parks. It was a lovely place to unwind after long days out.

The atmosphere was beautiful and the staff treated us really well. It’s a classy place and my stay was very pleasant. I’d highly recommend it.
